A social platform with a twist. Effy is focused on giving you access to share your thoughts, experiences and knowledge with the world through the power of voice. Effy is a place to share your unique experiences with the world, by simply creating 30 second snippets or broadcasting live. Meet like minded people and build your community. The task was to create and develop an identity that aligned with Effy’s core values of being accessible, diverse and empowering. The new brand identity explodes into action through its poppy color palette and playful illustrations. I looked to amplify the uniqueness (and quirkiness) of their product with combinations of photography and graphical elements throughout. The brand mark symbolizes a ‘positive smile’, ‘quotation mark’ to emphasize speech and the ‘e’ letter to represent the brand name.
